There was damage upon arrival. The process of coming to a solution was difficult. The machine works great. I would purchase it again even after the damage issues.

Very happy with this. I only use it for my water coolers for the hot summers. Had this for about 8 months and has been great.

The equipment arrived well... I was a little confused about the shipping because it is through another company and Vevor does not have a direct number, only a chat! The product took a little while to arrive because I didn't know that I had to fill out the form with the third company!! But it arrived and everything was in good condition!
