It came well packaged and in excellent condition. Dumb dumb delivery driver delivered it upside down. I let it set for a long period. It came with everything to tie it in with my ice machine supply line to my refrigerator. It's fast and adjustable on the ice timer. Ice production is fast and it's stored in an insulated cabinet. The drain tube is easy to set up. I just let it drain into a pot. Ice quality and production is great. Super quiet! Very professional and quality made. Works just as good as commercial ice machines that cost a whole lot more. It's well worth the purchase. Excellent price and shipping. Excellent merchant. Ice scoop included. Some extra hookup parts included. The electronic display works quite well and is easy to get it start. Just remember the first run of ice may take a while as the unit gets acclimated to the to cold temperature inside. Ice production was faster after the first few rounds. It keeps the ice good. The door works just like an expensive ice machine does and the door is double sided to help insulate it from the heat. I just love it!

I am very impressed with the ice machine , it is installed in an uninsulated building, with temperatures in the upper nineties, but it will fill the bin in four hours. The only complaint I have is the water connection, it is not a standard screw connection, like used for a sink, so I had to buy extra fittings in order to hook it up. This will also cause problems when I have to replace the water filter

Makes perfect amount of ice for the day. Simple to install. Great price for the product. I’m 16 days into it and so far so good. I definitely recommend.

I've had this ice maker for 3 months. I try everything for 90 days prior to any reviews. Over all it's a very nice pice of equipment. Makes ice very fast. Very quiet running. Nice features. The only downside is that it can't keep the ice frozen. The ice will melt and drain out the drain hose. I didn't expect that due to my in ability to fully read descriptions. Over all I give this 8.5 out of 10. Gary Evans 61 year old white male.

Unit work great, cranks out ice as it should. Nice that it estimates time to next ice-drop - so far so good. It's a bit smaller than I would have liked, but it's doing what we need so we're happy.

Super fast shipping! This little thing puts out the ice I had one just a bit bigger that didn’t put out ice at this rate! I had to adjust the size of the ice cubes. They were a little large, but other than that, it was perfect out of the box.

I bought this ice maker for my warehouse and the crew of 3 men use this daily for their coolers. It delivers ice very fast and works great for the price. I will purchase another one for my shore home to make ice for the boat. Take your time learning the program and ice thickness, its easy after you understand the settings. Love the LED light inside. If you need a ice machine, I would recommend purchasing this unit!!!
