Had a little trouble with parts getting loose in shipping. Customer service solved the problem in no time! Great ice machine! I have it hooked up to a 300 gpd R/O and it is making nice clean clear cubes all day!!!

The ice machine kicks out a lot of ice and stores a lot too. The controls are very confusing with several buttons that have multiple features on either long or short presses. The translations from the chinese engineers didn't quite come out right, and it makes it a little hard to get good ice. Ours started making the ice so thick that all the cubes were frozen into a sheet with a 1/2\" solid plate at the bottom. we had to dump all of those because they were useless and too hard to break without a hammer. I still do not really know how to change the thickness, but i'm getting more reasonable ice, though still too thick. if you want a simple user friendly machine, this is not for you. If you will have only one or two people using this who can figure it out, then this could work. It is a powerhouse with ice production, just not good or controllable ice.

I live in Texas and this ice maker in my outdoor bar but not direct sunlight. It's 95f today. I use a fan in bar blowing directly on unit. I set ice program for about 19 min per cycle. In 3 hours I have more than enough ice to use and fill up other 2 refrigerators I have. Very little melt which is a testimonial my to the insulation properties of the unit. Lots of value here and never run out of ice. I use a towel to cover ice maker door for added protection while making ice.

Really works well. Love the adjustable thickness. Package was very well protected. Shipping was quick as well. Used it for my wife’s polar pack and never ran out.

This is exactly what I wanted. I was sick of stopping at gas stations to get ice and paying $7 a bag and standing in line waiting on customers to cash in their lottery tickets. I now have 10 bags of ice on hand all the time and I go boon dock camping every weekend. This machine does exactly what it was advertised for. It will make 10lbs in 1 to 2 hours. I have it set on the lower side of softer ice. I’m very pleased with the machine. I have it directly tied into drainage and freshwater supply

Hooked this ice maker up to an existing water line in the garage. A trip to the hardware store for an adapter fitting was all that was needed. A drain line through an outside wall connected. Turned machine on and have had ice aplenty. Automatic shut-off when box is full works. A good purchase.

Item was very well packaged. Double boxed w a plywood bottom and comer protection. Air bubble sections inserted around the unit and inside as well. Whoever designed shipping for this needs a raise!!

I purchased this for my pool house as we always need extra ice once the pool area is in use. I made a slight modification to the drain hose because of how I had to route it. (not an issue with the machine) It's been installed for three weeks now and is producing a ton of ice every day. I was worried about the ice constantly melting but so far it has performed very well on the 80+ degree days we have had. I would highly recommend this unit.

works great! Fast arrival, only issue I had was drain line was to short , I needed an believe most people would need a longer piece of drain hose is all .

Only used this a few days and have been happy with it. We have it in another room so I can’t says it’s loud. You can hear the ice dump but I can hear it on my fridge so it doesn’t bother us. So far so good! Good for the price!
