I am very disappointed with the Ice machine I purchased. It’s really a headache that I can’t call and explain and express my frustration with this Vevor ice maker. Consumers buy Vevor products and then are left on their own to figure it out once a problem occurs. I have a business to run and believe me it’s been nothing but a Giant pain in the ass with this product. It stopped working 6 months after purchase. I need a technician to work on this Ice machine. If Vevor can stand behind their product it would make the world of a difference to the consumer. I’m waiting to hear back from Vevor to make this right.

Unit came damaged, dents in front side Nd rear, front wont close its bent, 3 fans cooling front bottom 2 are broken off rack, panel digital wire pulled out. We got panel plugged in it says off.

I received and installed and turned on and waited and waited didn’t make ice it’s keep running water send email to customer service but no response still waiting

This machine works great for our business. It makes a lot of quality ice fast! After purchase support was excellent too, very responsive.

Stay away from this brand and company they are horrible machine hasn't worked since it arrived you have no number to call and have to email all reply.this is the most ridiculous company I have ever worked with

This came within 3 days of ordering. Very easy to setup. I have it in my garage and now I am the neighbors favorite person in the summertime......

I placed Order No. 24100700988814420691 on October 7th. This order was never delivered. Today is November 7th. I received an email stating that my order was shipped out on October 8th. I began inquiring as to the status of my order on October 22nd. I have submitted multiple customer service tickets, and have yet to have my situation resolved. My order has been marked as "Delivered," but has not. I have been charged for a product I never received and been told too bad by the "Company."

This ice maker worked perfectly for me. Makes great ice, is economical to operate and runs flawlessly. I should have purchased this years ago

The equipment arrived well... I was a little confused about the shipping because it is through another company and Vevor does not have a direct number, only a chat! The product took a little while to arrive because I didn't know that I had to fill out the form with the third company!! But it arrived and everything was in good condition!

I got the unit set up and running this weekend. Looks and works great. It performed just as advertised and the bin was full every time I went back for more.
