Machine came in great time and perfect condition! A) It only reads in Celsius B) The manual is no help at all, the buttons kinda match to the machine but to get into the settings you have to play around with which buttons actually do what they say to do! DO CHANGE TO A SMALLER ( smaller than -1 ) SETTING UNLESS YOU WANT BIG THICK SOLID ICE BLOCK!!! C) the machine is an inch taller than described…. BEFORE YOU PUT THE FEET ON!!!! D)The bin is nice and deep and greatly set up…MINUS THE FULL SENSOR! I don’t think it fills as much as it says it holds BUT with how fast it works it’s been keeping up with our business!

The machine showed up in a very sturdy wood crate with great protection for shipping. The unit installed super easy. I had to install a drain through my wall for this and the flexible drain hose fits perfectly inside a 3/4” PVC pipe.

So far so good! It would help if they added part numbers for the filters.
