Horrible installation instructions and you have to really figure out how to use the drain lines. The drain pump is a joke and causes a mess. I removed it completely and just drain both houses to the outside of the building. This ice maker is really good though compared to others that I've had. We have had it like 4-5 moths and no issues with anything. Be patient with the installation and you might want to get your own drain lines from a hardware store to help make things last longer.

Was quickly shipped in 2 packages. One arrived about 2 days before the other. The head unit was damaged in shipping in multiple places. Sides caved in and top caved in. Emailed back and forth several times and once came to agreement. Quickly shipped replacement unit. Has been running flawless for a couple months using about 300lbs of ice a day. House power bill has gone noticeably but over all product is working as it should .

This ice maker is king. We use it in our coffee shop. It just cranks out ice all day! Love this machine! Excellent purchase!

This is my 3rd vevor ice maker. I've increased the size twice now due to a very busy coffee business. I had the 400 lb per day 90 lb capacity. I was buying 60 lbs per day on top. This machine has changed the game. I can't seem to reduce the ice level more than 4 inches during busy times. I should have bought this unit first. I highly recommend if you need high capacity

Great product for price. It’s pretty compact. We use it in a small business and it functions well and properly. Should I need to buy another one in the future I would rebuy this one.

The machine works great now that I have both parts. The bottom is missing it's plug. The ice stays cold in bin for days
