The filter housing treads is cross treaded so you can't tighten it to stop it from leaking

Produces a lot of ice, and quickly! We were pleased with this upgrade. Be aware, however, this ships as TWO units. The first comes quickly, but it took about two weeks for the other to come in. So do not go by the expected delivery time.

It will produce a lot of ice, so far it’s been good, hopefully if something goes wrong with that I can find parts. Will fill the bin up less than 12 hours, loving it so far

The delivery was shipped as two different deliveries. I received the compressor first and called as to why the ice box didn’t arrive at the same time. One part is not usable without the other! Had to wait another week to receive the ice box. Once installed, the the ice box repeatedly filled up with water. After the third time I called a service technician to figure out the problem. He removed the compressor from the icebox and discovered the drain hole was completely plugged with insulation. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Shipping was a joke. It does not deliver in 2-3 days. I re receive half in 3 days and then the other half 10 days later. You will most likely have to replace a lot of the connection for the plumbing side of it. It's just and you can't connect it to the plumbing in your business or home. It was easy enough if you know what your looking for. The digital display is not easy to use and has terrible directions. Which brings me to the assembly directions. They are just terrible and mostly non existent. Like I said though, it definitely makes ice and a lot of it. I just can't figure the ice thickness size out on it. Seems well built also.
