Fast shipping, easy setup, good quality so far. Did set up on blocks to make it easier to empty bin after it makes.

Saves me time and money not having to stop at a store and spend $3 for a bag of ice daily. Installation is simple especially if you are handy at all. It’s also wonderful to have for parties. You will want to remove the ice when full and store it in a freezer as it cannot keep the ice cold but it’s fairly insulated so it will keep for a good while.

I purchased this ice maker over a month ago, I did not have a water line nearby and did not want to bring a water line to the machine. So I rigged it up to a 5 gallon water jug and connected a water pump from the jug to the machine, and it works perfectly fine. I have had no issues or problems. I created a video review that I've uploaded to amazon of this product but cant see where to upload it here. I get full size ice cubes every 15 minutes, and this machine works like a dream. I love the crystal clear ice that I get, and I bought ice bags from amazon and I fill those up and store them in my freezer when I need to stock up on ice for big coolers. I wanted to write this review to confirm for all of those who have asked if you can use it successfully without a water line, and yes, it works fine with the flowjet 5000 water pump and a 5 gallon jug. If someone from vevor sees this and wants to reach out and show me how I can upload my full review video, let me know.

I purchased this unit because of a poor experience with a Home Depot product that did not match the advertised output. When this product arrived, it was well packed in the box with a piece of plywood on the bottom and the top and foam all around to ensure tight packing and minimal opportunity for transport damage. After unboxing, I hooked it up per the instructions and hit the start button. Immediately it began to run water and make ice. You could adjust the time necessary to make the ice cubes based on your environment. If you’re in an extremely hot environment, you can add up to eight minutes of additional time per run of 36 ice cubes or reduce it by as much as eight minutes if you’re in an extremely cold environment per 36 ice cube. I have personally made the adjustments based on temperature between 65°F and 90°F and only required up to three minutes of adjustment. There is a small LED blue light inside the unit that is useless. I don’t know why it’s even there because you can’t see any better with it than you can without it. At this price point, I don’t think that there is anything more that you could ask this ice cube maker to do. My only gripe about the unit regardless of price point is the interior light which is blue and useless. I believe they could’ve used a higher wattage, white LED light so that you could actually see inside the unit. Customer service has been overall OK. I wouldn’t say that it was great and it’s definitely not poor. I had a small issue with my unit and reached out to the manufacturer and originally they wanted to do nothing. After stating that I wouldn’t accept that as a reasonable answer on a brand new unit, They did not provide any pushback and rectify the situation.

The unit works fine but periodically starts running like it is doing something then stops. Not making ice but just starts running like maybe the pump or compressor is running. I asked tech support and they need a video of the noise. Hard to catch when it does it so will have to live with it. Very noisy.

Quick delivery with no damage. Easy instillation and produces ice seamlessly. Like the price and functionality. Word still out on durability but only time will tell.

bin is little small hook up is easy 1 trip to hardware store for adapter. I like the thicker ice little slower making it but much better for cooler.

It came well packaged and in excellent condition. Dumb dumb delivery driver delivered it upside down. I let it set for a long period. It came with everything to tie it in with my ice machine supply line to my refrigerator. It's fast and adjustable on the ice timer. Ice production is fast and it's stored in an insulated cabinet. The drain tube is easy to set up. I just let it drain into a pot. Ice quality and production is great. Super quiet! Very professional and quality made. Works just as good as commercial ice machines that cost a whole lot more. It's well worth the purchase. Excellent price and shipping. Excellent merchant. Ice scoop included. Some extra hookup parts included. The electronic display works quite well and is easy to get it start. Just remember the first run of ice may take a while as the unit gets acclimated to the to cold temperature inside. Ice production was faster after the first few rounds. It keeps the ice good. The door works just like an expensive ice machine does and the door is double sided to help insulate it from the heat. I just love it!
