Had for only 2 years and stopped working. Vevor just wants to sell me a new one and no one works on commercial ice makers in my area.

Out of the box, easy to install, instructions are very clear and specific. This machine puts in work!! COULDN'T be any happier. Great quality ice cubes at a very steady FAST pace. Best part is it stands by and let's you catch up! Sensor doesn't allow it to overfill. Even though I have been frustrated from the previous machine, I just couldn't ignore the fact that this machine deserves a thumbs up good review!

Good ice machine fast production. However it is not 100lb storage (prob like 50-60lb max). Works perfectly fine have had it for 6 months now no issues. Very easy setup. No manual included so will have to email Vevor for manual. Thanks

I bought this ice machine that was listed as having a 100 pound ice bin and your lucky if it hold 45 pounds of ice. Can't get no one to call me back or email me back. I give a 0 rating

The ice maker works great, no problems yet. I wish the ice Ben was bigger so that you don't have to babysit it when the ice demand is greater! The biggest issue is the user manual does not go into detail on how to use the control panel, I have yet been able to make changes to the ice density. That's disappointing!
