Unit quit making ice and throwing codes - zero support or help with these issues - sent numerous emails and nothing It worked great until recently

I have had this for 18 months and it has worked very well. The only issue is the top set of 4 fans failed after 8 months. There are no replacement parts offered so I bought a set of 4 fans from amazon. Works great.

I live on the water , perfect for feeling coolers for the boat . Had a year now and had no problems! I’d recommend it .

Ice machine is perfect works great and makes plenty of ice. This machine was easy to setup and makes ice really fast.

We purchased this ice machine to replace our smaller older machine that couldnt keep up with the Texas heat and volume we needed for our crews. This machine makes all the ice we need and more. We just fill up our deep freezer with bags of ice and we're good. You do need to clean the machine once a month though, the actual motor, pump, and tubing will fill up with calcified sediment and reduce your ice production due to clogs (learned that the hard way). Its easy enough though, if I have some time I will make a video demonstrating this process and post it on youtube using the title for this machine found here plus Cleaning... I recommend this ice machine, its great quality at a great price.

This machine was easy to install and other then replacing the filter and all the lines with better stuff, it was perfect for us. It is making a full bin of ice daily even when we empty the entire thing. I am so pleased.

Working great easy assembly ton of ice 3 fans on top to disperse heat. Do not place in confined area.
