Installed it two weeks ago and have not had any issues. The ice is clear and solid. Unfortunately, the supplied water filter was underwellming. I purchased a 5 micron / carbon filter assembly from Lowes.

This is really a great Ice maker. I highly recommend you throw all the hoses away and get steel braided lines and a decent water filter. You will need an adapter which I got a lowes. The little included pumps works well and I have the drain going into a 5 gallon water jug I picked up at walmart. Turn it off every night so I don't have to hear it and have never run out of ice.I can now fill up my cooler anytime I want and it still makes enough ice for the family. So I recommend this machine. Just be prepared to hook the water line up and the drain or hire a professional to do it for you.Once I got the parts it only to ten mins to hook up.

The ice maker has been working since the day I plugged it in. The touch screen controls don’t seem to be super responsive but I was able to adjust the ice cube size as needed. Also I did not realize that the bin isn’t cooled and that ice will melt out of it. Not a huge deal but it’s not what I expected. Also the bin size advertised is not 33 lbs, it’s maybe 15 lbs at most. Still for what I am using it for it has been working great and I still consider it a good deal.

Arrived on time, so far it's been working great.

This item was dead on arrival but was locally repaired at vendor expense. The icemaker is a "smart" appliance with many options. It comes complete with drainage pump. Takes about 1 hour to make first ice, but then makes plenty of ice on a consistent basis. Half the price of other brands, but works great.

The ice maker is great the company's was a pleasure to work with few assessories were missing they took care of and really made this customer very happy

The storage capacity is awesome. I had a graduation party to plan for and placed around 10 bags of ice in the freezer. The rest of the time I used fresh ice from the ice machine for drink.

It came early. The machine itself works very good And its very easy to install. although it was a little small for my bussiness but the costumer service I received was amazing. They were very accesible and comprehesive and I could return it witout any issues. Now I can buy a bigger one, but I defenetely would buy this machine again for other uses

After using many smaller sized ice makers, decided to take the plunge and invest in this commercial ice maker on Walmart. This machine is GREAT. Does a GREAT job.

Super fast delivery. Easy to install with a quick run to Lowes for a longer water hose. Drilled a drain behind it into the wall so it drains outside. Makes perfect ice and seems to be filling correctly. Tools needed: Drill with large size bit to drill through the cabinet into the sink, drill with a large bit to drill through wall. Needle nose plyers.
