Please listen to the reviews. This grill broke within two months. Although the support team has been nice to me, they are not fair. They sent replacement parts after three weeks, and I just received them and they aren’t the correct ones. They are only offering to give me 70 dollars to pay someone else to fix it. That’s not ok. I get the price might seem good, but you literally get what you pay for. I would highly suggest going somewhere else for a grill. Probably anything else at this point. They do not take care of their customers they way they should. Customer service is the biggest selling point for a company, and they lack in that department. As well as lack in good quality products. Just stay away and spend a few extra bucks. I promise it will be worth it.
