Love it but....
Machine works fantastic and will even make a good slushy with the alcohol in the machine. 2 problems though that make it only 4 stars. The machine is too loud. I recommend setting it up on a porch, not inside the house. It is also difficult to determine the proper setting as there is no guide. I found 23 works best if you have alcohol but have yet to figure best setting for non-alcoholic drinks.
