I ordered this machine on Nov 28 and got a email shortly after saying it had been sent to FedEx with a tracking number. But when I went to Fed-Ex’s website they indicated they never received it. When I let you guys know they never received it. I was told you would look into it. You later informed me it was appears to have been lost and you would refund my sale. I asked if you can send another machine. I was told you could not do that and I would have to place another order. The problem with this is you are now advertising this machine for over $200 more. Why can I not get it for the amount my original order was for? This seams like a scam to get me to pay more for the machine. I probably won’t ever order from you guys again and won’t recommend buying from Vevor I’m very disappointed!
