Machine came with a sliced plastic tube which leaked all over my wooden cabinet. Still waiting for replacement tube. Machine seemed to work well until condensation traveled down the damaged tubing.

I absolutely love this smoothie machine. It has truly increased my sales. It freezes really quickly so there isn't a long wait.

Works very well just like the commercial ones!! Used it multiple times working flawlessly!! I do recommend it!!

Works great, but kind of a pain to clean - have to completely drain it then disassemble. If you don't run it every day, you have to empty it - it would be great if there was a way to remove the tank and put it in a refrigerator until you wanted to run it again - right now you have to completely drain it into another container.

How can I get a replacement on the handle? Please provide info

The machine works great! This is the second slushy machine I purchased and this one is hands down great. Easy to operate and great instructions included. Highly recommend! My grandkids are thrilled with it!

I have bought 32 of these over the years, great machines! but you cannot get parts from USA suppliers so I had to find the folks in china and stocked up on parts i have all three sizes and these are great!

We have made multiple drinks and all turned out great. Easy to use and clean. Bit of a learning putting it back after cleaning but nothing practice doesn’t help.

Just buy it!!! You won’t regret it. It has been the absolute best thing for my family. We use it for baby showers, fundraisers and family gatherings.
