This machine is heavy so if you have someone to help you place it where you want it, that's beneficial. The machine is easy to clean including after production of ice cream. I looked up a general ice cream pulp recipe and it took about 15 minutes to put together and mix in the machine. It comes out fast but perfectly. You can put less pressure down on the handle to make it come out slower. It's 110v not 220v unlike most of the other models so you can plug it into any outlet. If it drips water/ residue from the bottom while cleaning, it's fine. Just be ready for it. It doesn't drip while producing ice cream or when it's ready for use. Recommended to have the machine sit on something like strong mini leg stands to fit a bowl under to catch the liquid while cleaning.

I just set it up, and it worked great. Its fairly intuitive to set up and use, and it just took a couple of minutes of cooling before it was ready to serve. I did get a beeping error the first time I tried to dispense, but I think that was because I hadn’t given enough time for the mix to fill into the machine before I turned it on so it froze. I added more mix and reduced the hardness setting and that resolved the error.The unit arrived in a sturdy wooden crate, but it still had some damage when I opened it. Most of it was cosmetic, but the grommet on the back where the power cord enters the unit was broken, so I will need to do something about that before the power cord is damaged. It was also missing a bolt for the dispensing handle. Had to go find one that fit.Documentation is not super helpful, but as I mentioned above, it was pretty intuitive to get it prepped and set up. After use, I just emptied out the rest of the ice cream through the dispenser and turned it to the washing mode. Then I filled up the tank with water a few times and ran it through the machine. After that, cleanup was very easy.

this unit can keep up with the demand. More than worth the cost.

Great for drinks

Plastic cover arrived broken. Took forever to resolve issue. Had to buy my own replacement. Manual has limited information on product.
