I don't know where to begin with this thing. It does an amazing job comparatively for the price. However it's not something you just plug in and go. I spent I don't know how many hours over so many weeks researching these cheaper machines . Up front, it doesn't come with much information on how and where to start and mine came with a disconnected wire on the power switch. But as with most things before I plugged it in I disassembled the machine and went through it double checking everything, Otherwise it wouldn't have even turned on. So once you get past that it's make ice cream on par with DQ using frostline premix. Although the right side runs colder and firmer than the left, it's passes as good soft-serve. And it can do volume work in Hawaii temperatures which I was afraid it would struggle. We did 300- 3.5oz~ cones in about 3hrs and I think we stopped twice to wait because it got to runny, but that was partially my fault because I didn't have enough premix ready to go otherwise the machine would have made it through by alternating sides allowing one side to refreeze while serving from the other. It does a really good job if you're not afraid to experiment and test how to adjust your machine to work for you. Considering other machines cost several thousand dollars it was a no brainer for me.

It has been easy to use once you figure it out. Instructions are translated poorly. Fortunately a friend had one and was able to help me figure it out. There is a video online of a different machine that was helpful. Our employees love it. We don’t use it commercially only for fun.

First off, the customer service we thought was great, one day after we received the machine it went on sale and they gave us a credit down to the lower price. Well done! The machine is well built and so far is operating great. There is a hitch though, the instruction manual that came with the machine is poorly written and does not cover even some of the basic functions like ""settings" and what the various codes means. On top of that, there are no You Tube videos out there to help out. Long story short, you are left to try and figure out much of how to assemble and operate the machine on your own.

pleased...the shipping was very involved and chaotic because I wanted to chg. delivery address, but eventually got it...I had to speak to approx 8 different people...you should chg. procedure to allow for a smoother change of delivery

Great machine. A little loud but I've never owned one. No clue what to expect. I have soft serve in my living room. How do you beat that? Love this machine!
