Despite advertizing a delivery time of a few days the item wasnt even shipped in over two weeks. The events i had wanted to use this machine at had come and gone - disappointing hundreds of kids. Explanations from vevor were total horse pucky- and there is no phone support. I cancelled the order.
It took hours of e-mails and weeks to get a refund for an item never shipped.
This machine didn't even last 4 months. We got an unidentified error code on the machine. Vevor could not figure it out so they refunded me 75% of the cost. We were still able to use the.machine however we were not available to get the cold setting passed 4 with out the machine shutting down. Now the electrical motor keeps shutting off.
