I am used to it now but it initially frustrated me on how much force I needed to use. For me at least I need to slice onions into 1/2 slices to be able to chop successfully. I may upgrade later to a more automatic chopper. It does make it much quicker to chop my veg now.

Can't believeI never tried this before. Incrediable chopper, works like a champ, chops with ease. Can't understand why I was suffering with those small plastic hand choppers for so long. Recomend highly, as usual I would change only one thing, but everyone has that thought for something new. The wedge blade, in my opinion could be smaller wedges. Of course, an opinion with like and A** everyone has one, but all in all; don't do without, spend the extra nickel and get this chopper; it is worth every penny and more. I realize on the price, it is because of the President Joe Biden and the Biden Administrations ridiculous-outrageous inflation that prices are so high. Bidenomics is the new word for soring Inflation.

Works great. I was a cook before. Love this item. Makes prepping 100xs faster. I will be the French fry guy for sure. Just be sure to soak those fries in water for 24 hrs before cooking. ;)

This is the neatest french fry cutter , and it's like an industrial model. I use it just for my own family. It comes with extra cutters too, and I love it. I mainly use the 3/8" cutter and my french fries come out perfect, and it's so easy to use. It slices those potatoes with an easy push of the lever - if I can push it down - anyone can. I wouldn't take for mine. :) I would highly recommend it to anyone.

easy to use and clean. Made making my salsa and processing my onions is quick and easy. Uniform pieces for a better look and easy freezing.

I have two of the plastic ones that do this and wanted something a bit more heavy duty. It takes up allot of space and is a beefier set up. If your tight on space not sure it’s worth the upgrade from little plastic ones.

I’ve received my cutter today, I assembled to use, is a good product but is complicated to change blades because you need to disassemble again the cutter and it takes some time, I would like non-slip rubber on the base.

Works well and easy to switch out the blades. Very sturdy and efficient for large volume of cutting, cubing, etc.
