Broken item Vevor wants to offer $10. Refund

So I ordered this for my new business back in August. I'm still setting up so I didn't open the package until a couple of days ago. LEG Is broken. Emailed Vevor right away and all they want to offer is $10.00 for a $50. Item. My fault. Should have inspected it sooner so I'll take the loss but ultimately it's their loss as I will no longer purchase any of their products

I purchased this dicer for the purpose of dicing tomatoes. If that’s what you’re looking for this is not the one for you. However, it work’s wonderfully for hard veggies and fruits. I don’t really like how I have to have a screwdriver on hand to take the blades off but if you think about it that is really minor.
