The clean-up was smooth and easy

It's a bit awkward that they used alternating screw types for the top and bottom piece instead of using thumb screws. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Blades are sharp, ran through a dozen potatoes in short order, with minimal effort. Was worried about the tower design and balance, but it's a solid, heavy piece. Came with multiple blades, including the 1/2 which in my opinion makes the best fries...worth the storage space.

I love everything about this product. I was able to prepare items for a party in a little of no time. I would definitely recommend this item.

the unit works great the only problem is i haven't been able to get different size blades and the other maf. blades fit the valvor unit
