I absouetly almost everything about this pitty chair by one thing is driving me crazy the right handle doesn’t stay locked so you can shove it down just trying to set down then you have to pull it up to relock but never trust it cause it can do it maybe not that time but it will do it again. I’m not going to take apart and send back as I need it . Just will be more careful buying next time. The atm unlocking on it own can be a danger to us elderly folks. I have to know to tie a scarf around that arm as it tried to get me in the floor a few times.

Unfortunately I was able to use this for my husband before his passing. However I did put it together and donated it to someone who's parent needed it. I found that it was easy to put together and that it is a sturdy piece. I like that the pot slides out for easy dumping and cleaning. I know that the person I gifted it to was very appreciative of it as it has made life a bit easier for them to care for their parent.

It works so much better than a standard toilet seat. Even though it is said to be for larger people, it works best when using the slider board.

Sturdy, extra wide seating area makes transfers easy

I am a caretaker for a family member who is almost 400 lbs. She is able to get out of bed but it is very hard for her to walk. She had a smaller commode chair but it wasn't very stable. This one is strong and durable! It holds her weight while also being very comfortable. It is easy to setup and works perfectly. The price is fair for the level of durability. It is very easy to wipe the chair down after use and emptying the bucket is easy. She hasn't experienced any leaking. This has been perfect for my needs and I highly recommend it.
