Stainless bases from Simpson are extremely expensive but essential in a damp,salty environment. These are much cheaper and work well. The only issue is that they are not code approved so that may be an issue on commercial jobs.

Came with all parts but the wood and sun shade. Very strongly built. I love it. Can’t wait to finish our outdoor area and put a top on the pergola.

I used thes to create an outside bar. They keep everything up off the concrete so I can wash down right underneath the bar. I used the 4×4 ones for the cabinets. The only problem is that the bolts rise up too high for the cover plate once they are tight. I took my grinder with a cut off wheel to solve this. However it was difficult with the 4X4 s to get the grinder blade to fit. I had to grind down the blade to fit. Other than that these are great. I would have paid 2 to 3 times as much for Simpsons.
