Screen window looks great, screens slide easily. I wish it also had a solid sliding window so we could wind and rain from blowing in. For the cost I will buy again for my next build knowing I will have to redesign it to add solid panels.

Package came but it also came when damages when I received my packages I really don’t want to wait on another due to I have the truck open ready for installation of window

I purchased and received this concession window it looked to be good quality the only problem that I have is one of the slides on the screen window will not open all the way which would make it extremely difficult to serve out of I contacted customer service via email and called them twice in the past week I keep getting emails that it's resolved but it's far from it they have not came up with the solution to fix the problem I'm opening in 3 weeks it better be resolved by then
