Out of the Box the Machine worked exactly 60 Seconds and died. Immediately contacted Support and next day got an answer that had absolutely nothing to do with our Machine or Problem. On the second try got the suggestion to replace the fuse with a link to a "how-to" Video. Except nowhere and I mean nowhere can you find out which strength Fuse to use. Asked again and was told a fuse that would not fit into the Machine. So, after a week of back and forth I had enough and wanted to take advantage of the no hassle return touted on the Website. Took another 3 Days of back and forth before an offer of 80% of my $ back and forget about returning the Machine. Was really hoping I found a Company to do business with for all my Hardware needs. Didn't turn out to be that way for me.

It's good for a couple of years. Buttons go out the fastest but able to replace online

This machine took a little while adjusting.. After realized that the emergency switch was on the machine become more appealing

Great price for the unit, fast shipping. Arrived well packaged and ready to be put into production. The digital bag counter is a bit superfluous given that every now and then you have to re-run a bag. We previously had the analog control version, very happy upgrading to the digital control.

I got this almost 2 years ago and it works great! Starting to have some issues...but considering the price it has been worth the purchase.

We purchased the band sealer for use in our coffee company, Mural City Coffee Company. This unit is heavy duty and works like a champ. This has reduced our bag sealing time by 75%. Just put it on the conveyor belt and forget about it. Perfect seal every time.

This was the easiest setup, plug in, set the heat, speed and let it do it's thing. I would definitely recommend this.

Love this machine. Great ease of use. Works well on sealing all our bags. No problems yet and I definitely don't anticipate any issues since we use it extensively daily.
