At first I was skeptical about the crimping ability of this tool but after my first crimp I was impressed. The tool function flawlessly during hydronic baseboard heating unit installations. Due to tool size, I was able to do a majority of crimping in open areas which made release of tool from crimped copper fitting a little easier. I would like to see availability of extra crimp sets to supplement the ones included in set!

Works great wish ot had dies for larger pipe. Works with absolute ease just like pumping a bike tire no more ripping a bicep or killing your shoulder with a standard muscle powered pro press. Truly a game changer my older employees with arthritis can now crimp pipes. Another great purchase from vevor.

Manual pro press tool perfect for homeowners. Easy to use at all angles. Tool is all metal, so weight can get tiresome if making many connections. Price is amazingly cheap compared to battery powered alternatives.

I had to repair some copper pipe in an area I didn't want to solder on. I also didn't want to pay a couple grand for a power tool to rarely use. Vevor to the rescue. Did what it was supposed to - crimp pipe fittings. Was a fraction of the cost of a power tool. (there wasn't even a manual tool available around here). There were several reviews that talked about the size of the tool and that it needed some muscle. This lead me to think the tool was going to be bigger than it actually ended up being - It is not a "small" tool but the size wasn't an issue. I am not very strong but didn't have any issue with how much force was needed to crimp.

Works quite well, already used it on 2 projects. Good quality, easy to use. You can't beat the price. Cheaper than renting an electric press tool. If you're a diy'er, it's a perfect addition to your toolbox

I used this tool for approximately 30 copper crimps; all either 3/4" or 1", before it began failing to complete a successful crimp. It appears that it is not holding pressure even though I do not see any fluid leaks from the tool. I can pump it up even without the jaws attached and watch it slowly retract from the fully pumped position. When trying to crimp, it will not hold enough pressure to successfully crimp a fitting without the fitting leaking.
