Just to start, it’s very quiet!! So much quieter than the bullet ice maker I had prior. Its holds a lot of ice and the door on the front keeps it cold inside. I will say that the smaller cubes melt faster but if you have a bottle/ cup that keeps the liquids cold then it shouldn’t be a problem. I love it so far

Bought this to replace a much more expensive sonic ice maker. To my surprise it is identical except two screws in back panel and model number of fan. I will not open to compare inside components. I can say it works extremely well. Same size of ice and speed of production. I am extremely happy with this machine. The fact is , I have had multiple brands and have paid much more for machines that rarely last more than a year. Sorry...none of them do. Love this machine..... hope it will at least give me a year. Can't beat the cost.

Purchased this ice maker on sale to replace our Opal GE that died after a year. We have been using this Vevor unit for a month and are very pleased. It make more ice than previous machine. It definitely has a much better fan to circulate air and keep the unit cool and prevent overheating. Time will tell if it last more than a year, but at the price we paid we could purchase again.

Makes the most perfect chewable ice!! Or shall I say MADE. As it only worked about 2 weeks. Sent request for trouble shooting help. Waiting on that email. Will update when issue is resolved. **update currently feeling like I’m getting the run a round as the emails just keep asking questions about parts that I have no idea about. Not getting anything resolved ***update. They sent me a new one and it is working great. If you are a soft ice lover you will seriously love this machine!! It’s THE BEST soft ice ever. It will harden after sitting in the machine awhile so I just open the door to get it to kick back on and I have a fresh cup of ice with in a short time. *** UPDATE to the update. The new machine worked great for about 6 months and one day just stopped making (the wonderful amazing)ice (just like the first machine). Now they told me they would pay $40 to get it repaired locally. I called all around to local repair shops and no one will work on it. So I guess I’m just out of luck. So DISAPPOINTED!!

It's Day 1, and I'm quite pleased with this contraption. This is as close to Sonic ice as I'm going to get at home. The ice is porous when chomping down with your back teeth.

Other than it being heavy for me to live personally. I absolutely love this ice maker. And I cannot believe the price I got it for

Great machine keeps up with all of our ice needs in Arizona. Stainless steel finish looks great. My daughter loves the chewy ice! I highly recommend much better value then comparable machines on the market

I like the size of the ice maker and the amount of Ice that it makes and the speed in which ice is made. The cleaning cycle is a plus very easy and keeps machine from getting dirty. Very quiet and ice is just like familiar fast food restaurants.

I have to start out by saying the first one we received did not work, however VEVOR came through and replaced the bad unit. This countertop ice maker does a great job at making ice and making it quick. The ice is perfect for drinks, it's small nuggets that are chewable. My family takes iced water to work and school everyday and when we get home as well, we use a lot of ice. This unit keeps up with our heavy use. My one piece of advice is be ready to clean the unit weekly. There is a metal mesh filter screen in the bottom right of the water tank that collects particles and must be cleaned to keep the unit working without "squeeling" sound issues. We use a steam cleaner that has a small wand attachment designed for grout that easily cleans this screen. We clean it every Sunday evening, and found this cycle keeps it running smooth. I recommend this unit, as it's size - price - output make it ideal.
