Awesome small countertop ice machine can fill it manually or plumb it up to a dedicated water line, which I did and we always have ice ready to use. Noise level is good. Only makes noise when filling the reservoir. Just the sound of the water valve opening. Don’t really notice it.

Machine works great better that the other one that I bought. Fittest 62lb machine I bought failed out of the box second lasted couple months and failed

We’ve gone through three different portable ice makers in 2 years. The latest was the $600 Opal that lasted 2 weeks. I ran across this one and it was half the price and claimed it could produce. I just wanted something that won’t break in a month. So far so good. It has the clever Ice container that slides out and it seems to make ice quickly. Good crunchy ice but not too small like the opal. It’s fairly quiet and I like that it can be hooked up to a water line also.

If u won't a ice maker that makes lot of ice and quick. just feel up water tank and then you ready to make ice. It has perfect sonic ice. drinks stay cold for long time I have left ice in icemaker all night and still had over half a bisket left of ice ready for next day add little water and off to make more ice

Just at the 1 month mark and am very pleased! No problems or issues. Pretty quiet and recovers quickly when used.

Fantastic ice maker. Can be loud, but is quick at making ice. It fits in the counter very well, it looks pretty good, and the nuggets are great for everything you drink

We are extremely happy with our countertop ice machine. It makes quality ice, we have used the ice for both drinking as well as in our cooler. works great, have had zero issues with this ice maker and its been running nonstop for several months. i have it tee'd off the supply line for the refrigertor and it just makes ice like its supposed to. and as usual with vevor item shipped out super fast, really love that about them!

I have had this for a year now and starting to experience a loud squealing noise. I'm not sure where inside the icemaker it is coming from. It has been very good and fast at making ice. I also believe it is easier to clean than the Opal that I had previously. This particular ice maker was selected due to previous ratings and price. Plus the fact it makes sonic ice. A very nice, and in my opinion a necessity, is the direct connect to a water line. I wish I could get the noise to stop and I will be reaching out to Vevor for assistance. Hopefully they can help me.
