This is everything I wanted it to be and at $169.99, I couldn't pass the 37lb nugget ice maker up!! I'm now seeing the price has more than doubled. Sad bc I was telling my friends and family to get it.

Great little machine. Easy to clean with help of self cleaning option. Bought for use in salon. We’re loving it!

Works great, needs it's own plug in which is a little inconvenient but the ice has perfect texture and makes ice quickly. Make sure tray is set correctly

Only draw back is it doesn’t keep the ice frozen, you need to transition it to a freezer.

Don't think about it, just do it. Set it on the counter and watch people come get ice all the time. Great if you have parties or any other gathering!

Make ice as stated.noise level is tolerable. On/off switch is a little tricky , like it's on a time delay. Yes I would purchase again if need be.

I had one of a similar design that worked very good while it lasted. It failed after about 1 1/2 years. This one was half the price and is quieter. With such a low price and nice features, I bought another. Hopefully I will not need it for a few years.

PROS: Customer service was good. Machine received cosmetic damage during shipping. Contacted customer service through PayPal, and response was fast. We arranged to keep the unit and received a discount which was agreeable to both parties. After about 2 weeks am very pleased with the amount and quality of ice. CONS: Would benefit from a light inside. Water container is hard to see into. Plus would help to see ice level on door window. Would also like top to be removable for access for a deep clean. No way to actually get to the ice production area. Will run self- clean with citric acid regularly- hopefully that will be enough

We love this ice maker. Very easy to use and keeps us in ice. It makes ice quickly. Easy to keep clean. We were looking for an ice maker with little to no upkeep. This is the one! we are very pleased with the price, performance and quality of this unit.

Love this ice machine! Makes chewable pebble ice fast ! Mine has been used non stop excellent little table top machine ! Get one you will love it !
