Only been using it about a month. So far no complaints. We're happy with the quality of maker and having ice when we want it.

We bought this machine to replace our previous ice machine. The first machine made bullet ice cubes. I wanted a different process for the machine to make ice for this one. The bullet process failed. The plastic broke down where the gear turned. I tried to fixed it with no luck. Figuring that would happen again, I upgraded. This machine also hooks up directly to the sink. No more filling!

This ice machine works great. Never run out of ice. This ice machine keeps up with the ice demand of 5 people in the house.

We were so surprised with this little ice machine. It’s fast, clean, and produces great small crunchy ice. Instructions are clear and easy. Clean, fill with water to the line. First time takes about an hour to fill the bin but after that it’s consistent ice as long as there is water in the machine. It’s a little big for under the counter so we have ours at the end of the counter. I had my doubts because of the price but this ice machine is a hidden wonder.

Easy set up makes perfect nugget ice just like some restaurants. If you are looking for at home nugget ice this countertop maker is a great choice and a great price.

This ice maker was a real surprise. I wasn’t sure I was going to like it at first - guess I was expecting cubes - but it has grown on me. The little nuggets remind me of jewels, and surprisingly stay their shape for the duration of any drink. The only option I wish was available would be to choose between size of nuggets, but then it wouldn’t be so unique. Love the cleaning cycle!

Love this ice machine! Makes ice quickly, stays cold. The only thing I didn’t like was how big/heavy it is but it is not a deal breaker at all! Has a very large basket for the ice.
