I was so surprised by the performance and how easy it is to use. What a bargain for the money. Better than other icemakers ihace had and paid over twice the price.

This works perfectly. My wife can't get enough of the ice. I'm using it for my smoothies every morning.

My soft ice dreams have come true! Okay I’m being dramatic but this thing is the real deal-it makes the soft chewable ice. It’s not fast. It takes about 10 minutes to start making the ice and almost a half hour to get the first cup.

So good we bought one for our camper and got one for a family member!! Not loud at all. Makes a lot of ice fast. Keeps the Ice from melting pretty well.

I am really loving my ice maker! Easy setup right out of the box. The instructions were clear and I was able to have my ice maker up and running within minutes. The quality of the nugget ice is great and has been a blessing in my cryotherapy machine, cooler and for when I make drinks with my Bartesian. I definitely recommend this machine!

Bought this 7 months ago to replace our samsung fridge's icemaker that's always broken and we love it. I have it hooked up directly to a water line and we use it multiple times a day. It produces great small 'sonic' style ice. My only 2 complaints on this unit are noise and ease of cleaning. The noise isn't horrible, but it's easily the loudest appliance I own. Being in an open floor plan house means I can hear it from the other room while working or watching tv. Cleaning takes a moderate effort just because of limited access thru the ice door, small nooks and crannies around the shutoff valve, float and drain area. We have a filter on the water inlet and soft water where I live so the buildup isn't horrible, but I notice about 2-3x since owning it that it needed cleaning. I'm sure this is an issue with most units like this, so I'm not bothered by it. I love Vevor and their reasonably priced items. Everything I've bought seems to be good quality, this icemaker is no exception. I would quickly buy another one if the need arises.

Purchased this while on sale to replace a smaller ice maker and upgrade to nugget ice. I've hooked up the water supply using a refrigerator hookup kit and an inline filter. I've also plugged into a drain line. This machine albeit a little noisier than the last last, endlessly makes perfect pellet ice. It has elevated our beverages and we never run out of ice. I highly recommend this product to anyone on the fence about purchasing. It is a worthwhile investment.

This is larger than your average countertop ice maker but wow it makes some awesome nugget ice. The larger size affords a larger basket full.

I have been through several ice makers and have not been a satisfied customer. This bad boy is totally amazing. First love the little pellet ice it makes. The ice stays frozen in the ice machine. Also it will defrost its self. You have to do nothing to start that process. Makes up to thrifty pounds a day if you’ll let it. To start the cleaning process one push of the button and it takes off. I highly recommend this ice maker to all.
