I've never owned or really operated an ice cream machine. Did the research and decided this would be a good starting place. The good: Works very well. Makes great ice cream. Easy to clean. Ready to dispense ice cream very quickly. Easy to understand controls. Nothing really to say that is bad. Just understand that the ice cream mix on top is not chilled and if you use a mix with dairy it will go bad after some time. The compartments for the ice cream mix are not removable, so you have to empty out any excess mix manually. Ice cream quality is 100% based on your mix. The machine is merely a vessel. I experimented with different mixes until I was able to get the taste I wanted. Just following the standard mix recipe may not give you the best tasting ice cream. Over-all this is a great performing machine at a great price.

Good product, fair price, follow instructions for Assy and make sure you clean it after your finished at the end of the day

Excellent machine. Perfect size for our church. It arrived via freight, and the truck driver graciously brought the skid right into the fellowship all for us! We used the new machine within a week and the church families LOVED the ice cream! Great purchase for our church!

The only issue that I have had, is cleaning the chocolate flavored ice cream.. Soap and Water is not quite enough, so I use One-Step cleaning solution that I have for my homebrewing. Solid machine, cools the refrigerated ice cream mix to "Ready to Serve" in 15-20 minutes. I used a 2 Wheel cart, added a shelf and mounted the Ice Cream Machine to it. Easy to move around, portable for parties, and to rent.

We love these machines. We have a number of restaurants and this is the fourth Vevor Soft Serve Machine we have purchased. Every time one of our Stoelting machine breaks, we buy a new Vevor for less than the price it takes to repair the Stoeltings. Highly recommend!

Works great and our customers love it! Can't beat the price. Only issue has been that you really need to apply an ample amount of lube to parts when assembling so the liquid mix doesn't drip down into the internal components of the unit.

The machine is very hard to clean. It makes so much noise that we can’t use the machine at all. We are now storing the machine. It is useless for our store.

We are very disappointed in this ice cream machine. We have only used it once. When the machine runs, it is very loud and noisy. The whole room shakes. Every time you pull the handle down for ice cream it kicks on . If we could return it we would.

I purchase the machine use it for the first time on Saturday and getting an error message 55 belt and can't get hold of anyone to tell me the next step

Hard to adjust firmness of softserve. Can’t turn off one side if empty, so it just beeps. Otherwise a nice looking machine with a good price
