Hard to adjust firmness of softserve. Can’t turn off one side if empty, so it just beeps. Otherwise a nice looking machine with a good price

I bought this machine, because name brand commercial machines are insanely expensive for non commercial use. I have done about 400 servings with it so far and it works wonderfully. No problems, easy to use. My only complaint is that I had to wire in a 30 amp circuit to power this machine. It WILL NOT RUN ON 20 AMP SERVICE. If it had parts available and was repairable it would honestly be perfect. However, having read numerous reviews and watched tons of youtube videos, I did buy this machine with the expectation that it will someday break down and become a huge paperweight. However, you get what you pay for. For the time being, it works great and meets my needs perfectly. I did try to run it out in my garage for a block party in August, with outdoor temperatures in the 80's, the machine couldn't keep up and did fault out a few different times. But we also used it for halloween night and ran 200 cones through it with cooler temps and it performed flawlessly. In a climate controlled environment it doesn't have a problem keeping up with high demand.

Vevor is an irresponsible company I paid for two machines and so far I only received one the one from Ice Cream never arrived

Was hesitant at first to buy since I've seen so many mixed reviews, and this is a lot of money. But I have had all positive experiences with other products from Vevor and decided to give it a try. Very happy with the purchase tho. I have had no issues, very easy to use and cleaning isn't so bad either. Consistency is perfect and really like the keep fresh feature so that I don't have to leave it fully running 24 hours a day. Would definitely recommend.

If you buy this machine, you will have to switch the power cord to a 220 amp and have the correct wiring to your breaker box. I tried running it on the 110 v as it came and blew the breaker multiple times. The last time, the outlet started smoking. Had to have an electrician come in and switch the cord and wire for the 220. The cost was $825 beyond the cost of the machine. If you can get it working, it is easy to use and does make good ice cream. Wound up spending about $1900 Also, the machine does not come set to the correct temperatures for the ice cream bins on top to stay below 41 degrees Fahrenheit as needed per health department rules. You need to physically change the settings to hold the product at the correct temperature to prevent it from souring.

We had ordered a machine from Amazon died after four months. Got a partial refund from Amazon ordered directly from Vevor. . Got a different model. Much better love the keep fresh button much better to order directly from the company.
