The machine is fast and easy to use. the only drawback is the lack of documentation. A lot of what is in the supplied manual does not apply to this unit. However, the company responded to all my questions within a couple of hours. Great response. The ice cream is delicious and ready within minutes. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Excellent service from company. Product arrived exactly when expected and works beautifully. Machine has touch screen operation which makes everything simple. Even making the ice cream is easy. I love this machine because I can control the hardness and softness of my ice cream. It’s easy to clean and ice cream in 20 minutes. However it is just a little loud when it’s freezing and the instructions were a bit incomplete but other than that I love it, and my grandkids love it too!

The only bad thing about this product is how heavy it is, it’s an excellent unit, does a great job for the price, makes delicious soft serve, easy to clean, paid for itself in the first two weeks.
