These base supports are rugged and very easy to use. They made my job very quick and easy to do. I looked at several other companies in search of these and if I did find them, they were much more money than I wanted to spend.

got these with the metal balusters, made the deck look ritzy. Would buy these again. So easy to install.

needs longer screws at the base .

Installed these on an existing deck. The were extremely snug on standard 4x4.... some of my post did have some swelling. I ended up grinding a slit on the corners to push them on the post.Would highly recommend 3" screws with support boards underneath the deck that span 3 deck boards. Used concrete anchors for the bases on the ground. These are solid and should last forever. I would buy these again.

These post base worked great for the Gazebo project we did.

These work great when you change supplied screws with timber lock screws. In base mount 4 holes. Also add blocking for better support.under deck boards. Will see if building inspector approves.

Did a deck railing this passed August. True, a standard 4x4 post is too large to fit these supports. Used my Delta 12 inch wood plainer to reduce the size on all four corners. However, the fit was perfect and sturdy. Great value for the money.

The 4x4 post barely fits which makes a nice, tight installation. Impressive how sturdy a single post is standing unsupported. The railing system is finished now and the entire assembly is rock solid.

These work great! I bought these to hold 6 foot tall 4x4 posts to build a privacy screen on my deck. I was worried they wouldn't hold the posts and they'd be wobbly but they weren't, they held the posts perfectly. Once I got the horizontal slats connecting the posts up everything became very sturdy.
