I purchased the well pump based on the 37 gallon per minute description for our iron filter backwash cycle... It needs high gpms.... However , after the install .... The gpms couldn't handle the backwash which only demands 11 gpms... And the well is only 175 feet deep, So I knew something wasn't right... I immediately sent in a ticket for refund/malfunction/ wrong product description...I was very descriptive , with details being that I'm a plumber by trade... I was answerd and they asked for photos or videos... I sent the videos(which had to clipped so much that you I had to send much more than one in really short time frames so that they could even be sent... Upon further inspection when I repulsed the pump... I noticed the check valve didn't work... So now I'm still waiting on a reply from a technician... It's only been about a week... So much for a 30 return policy.... The well depth is only about 175 feet.. so a 2 horse power pump should be good to hold it's gpms for AT LEAST 400 feet... I can't speak for the pumps that do work correctly but as for this one, and the fact that the return process is slow at best , I cannot recommend this pump...

Bought this pump on August 6,2024 I came home December 9,2024 and with no warning at all to the pump burnt up it’s only me and my wife so the pump doesn’t get used often I wasn’t to upset because it was cheap pump the part that makes me give the review is the warranty on the pump and the customer service you get what you pay for but the circles I had to jump through and videos I had to get when I just wanted a replacement pump due to this one failing

4 inch pump doesn't go into a 4 inch well. It just gets stuck. Lesson learned. Pump seems fine. But didn't use it after ai got it out

Pump works as it should, built heavy and looks to be good quality. Easy install and works great. Would recommend!

Pump is not working after 4 days of use and j have to pull it out again I'm not happy with the product

Used it for my house. It was pretty straight forward hookup.and seems to be working great six months later.

Pump works great. It's been in the well for about 6 months and we use a lot of water. It filled our pond and we have 3 houses on the property and it supplies plenty of water. It starts quiet and runs quiet and even shuts off quiet. Our water is hard water so I'm going to purchase another 3 hp pump to keep on the shelf and at these prices I can afford to do that.

The box was damaged and when we put it in. The pump was not pumping water But the motor was good , so we had to separ The new one and put the old pump on it Now the old pump has went out Because we had to have water quickly

Spliced the wire and connected the pipe lowered into the well. Hooked it up to power and the folks had water 💧!

I haven't put it in yet but I was very impressed with the getting what I wanted fast thanks for your fast response look forward to doing more business with your company
