This is a spectacular product. We do quite a bit of concrete demolition and I had been renting the hilti jackhammer from home depot sometimes twice a week. I really wanted to buy a full size jackhammer versus renting but some of them cost several thousand dollars. Then I saw this one on amazon and thought for the the price how could I not give it a shot? I couldn't be more impressed with the product. It is incredibly durable with the metal case its built in but more important, it's incredibly powerful. It performs comparable to any of the brand name hammers on the market that are between $1000 and $3000.-Joe Francis/ Owner of J and G Custom

Great tool

I purchased this to demo the poorly laid concrete floor in a small addition to the house I purchased. I didn't use it much, so I refrained from rating it 5 stars, but for what I bought it for it was perfect. I expect that I will get some additional work out of it in the near future.- Jerod S.

This product is doing what I want it to do. I wish the instruction were better. For instance, there is an obvious wear part in the packaging, (spring with graphite), where does it go? Must not be too important because It seems to be completely ignored in the videos I have watched.
