I bought this tool to remove a set of very old solid cement steps. And I sure am glad I did, it made quick work of removing these steps. A sledgehammer would've killed me. One important note don't forget to add oil before you use it. I wasn't disappointed with this purchase and it's a tool that will always come in handy.

My hubby had to break up solid rock to add a filter to our water line. The unit is heavy and the chisel got stuck in the rock several times but luckily it came with 2 so you can change them out and chisel out the stuck one. It is a time and back saver for sure but does weigh a LOT.

Had to dig up a bathroom floor to fix some pipes. This jack hammer is great! Has all the tools you need. Easy to use. I would wear something over your ears: the concrete is about 6 inches thin and it had zero issues. A rental was super expensive for a day so this paid for itself in like 3 days.

Had to jackhammer about 15 inches of granite rock to install a gate post on a mountain property. This unit met the need and more. Excellent product for the money. Very heavy duty.

This will get the job done as well as a compressor driven jackhammer. It's heavy so hang on! Only advise I could give is to study how it comes out of the carry case, because it take some figuring to get it back in.

It is great for around the house. Braking concrete one inch at a time so it doesn’t overheat on you. Must check oil. Clay shovel is the best.

Better value than renting and this thing works great
