Was better than expected... Worth it.
Used several times already, Texas is famous or should I say infamous for the limestone yards. I have jackhammer up and moved at least 15 to 20 wheelbarrow loads overflowing with the limestone that it made short work of. I have rented the 70lbs jackhammer before for same work and this did very well and was much easier to use at half the size and weight but with as much power it seemed. I recommend. Put some oil in it first though..... It's already saved me money on not having to rent multiple days.

Electric demolition hammer
I like this demolition hammer because its first of all affordable. And for backyard work its the bomb. I saw a landscaper using one while they layed irrigation sprinkler tubing. With the spade bit it tore up the hard clay ground easily. Dislikes: well its awkward to hold. Your leaning forward some what like a small shovel. Except heavier. Had my son in law weld the extension bar to the spaced bit to make it easier to handle. Its electric. Other than that. It works great for tearing up the hard ground.

Great value
Over all i am pleased with the product.. My only issue is that #1 the hammer had NO OIL .IT WAS DRYY #2 the pakege came with an EMPTY OIL BOTTLE .. Dont know why ... Honestly i rather do without gloves and those glases. .and have THE OIL INSTEAD.. Now if any one buys this make sure theres oil in the hammer and get abottle.. I really like this i just wish they had more maintance stuff than protective equipment...

Time saver for digging in Limestone
I didn’t give it 5 stars because this unit didn’t come with a case to store it in. Other than that it’s worked great. I’m using it to dig in a very rocky soil there is a lot of Lime Stone here and digging is a major chore with a rock bar. This has cut my work down significantly. If you purchase this hammer you need to buy some gear oil also just a heads up.

Garbage .. straight garbage
Blasts through red brick and mortar like a hot knife through butter. busted up a 10'x10' area in about 15 minutes. Well worth the price.

Works great.
This product works as described. I used it to breakup 4” of high pressure concrete. I was able to quickly complete my task. This tool is a bit heavy, but worth the money.

Good value
Really surprised at how well this worked & held up. Put a basement waterproofing system in & had to break up 4" plus concrete down to footer. I haven't used other jackhammers before so hard to compare, but this tool did fantastic. Definitely worth the money when compared to renting one of these at local rental store. No brainer.

Performance issue
Worked great except the end of the point chisel chipped off soon after I started breaking cement. Hardness of the chisels may be less than needed. I can still use the point chisel but it’s not as efficient now.

Great Tool for the DIY Project Master
First - it's just cool to own a jack hammer! As far as the tool itself, I have been pleasantly surprised about how robust the jack hammer is. I used it to bust through 6.5 cubic yards of concrete slab in my basement. The slab was between 4"-6" thick and this tool did the job with ease. The spade bit (vs the pointed bit) was definitely the bit I used most, and after the job was complete it had visible signs of wear - as expected. Installation of the bits is simple, and adding oil initially was a breeze. I never had to change or add oil through the course of the project, but I did change the oil after the job so it is ready for next time. During use, the hammer would get warm near the exhaust port - again typical and expected. The tool never over-heated or required a literal break for cooling. The cord length is good and is not an issue when partnered with an extension cord. Overall weight is manageable. For me, I only wish the jack hammer was a bit longer. I am 6'-3", so I had to lean over just enough to make my back hurt during use. The lower handle likes to shift during use - only reason i gave 4* on sturdiness review. The PPE is not very good, so I would recommend using your own. Gloves are way too small for a guy my size. I prefer safety glasses over goggles... you will definitely need to use hearing protection as well.
