After some time of exchanging e-mails and phone calls problems were taken care of.
1) Something happened during delivery, the original box was lost or damaged slowing the delivery and slightly damaging the heater. The damage was minor and I could easily repair it.
2) The way Vevor is set up makes it difficult to talk with someone about problems for a quick resolution.
3) The manual is a joke! But thanks to U-tube everything can be figured out.
Now to the positive things.
4) Once assembled and fired up the heater works as it should and is pretty neat.
5) Vevor did offer a small refund to cover repair and my frustration which was nice on their part.
6) All being said I do like this heater, and plan to purchase another for my daughter when they get them back in stock.
