After some time of exchanging e-mails and phone calls problems were taken care of. 1) Something happened during delivery, the original box was lost or damaged slowing the delivery and slightly damaging the heater. The damage was minor and I could easily repair it. 2) The way Vevor is set up makes it difficult to talk with someone about problems for a quick resolution. 3) The manual is a joke! But thanks to U-tube everything can be figured out. Now to the positive things. 4) Once assembled and fired up the heater works as it should and is pretty neat. 5) Vevor did offer a small refund to cover repair and my frustration which was nice on their part. 6) All being said I do like this heater, and plan to purchase another for my daughter when they get them back in stock.

So far I am very impressed with this as well as the other products that I have ordered and received from Vevor.com, I will definitely be a returning customer

Nicely finished heater for the money paid. Comparable unit are over a thousand bucks! Nice clean hot air output.

great bargin. no problems. hopefully will be able to keep it around for 5years or so. burns hardly any diesel. can run on a battery with a charger for long time. works like a champ. i would buy a marine exhaust outlet if your going threw a wall. its the kind they use for exhaust for boats.

Emergency heat source is important! I bought it and used it five times already. The 8KW one I have will heat my truck or small 15x10 room when needed if the power goes out. I did buy from a local hardware store a SQUARE DRYER VENT to allow the heat in through my house window and insulation to run the heat hose through. PREPPERS MUST HAVE.
