So far, so good after 4.5 monthsThe customer service is very professional and patiently answer any questions.

I have added these steps and rails to my camper. They are perfect! Now we can safely enter and exit our camper.

Inspected upon arrival looks sturdy and well built won't be using it until April put back in box.

Works good for the price

It works fine for our lake house dock. I really wish the steps were a little deeper. Our Rottie has trouble sometimes as she puts her paws too far forward when going up the stairs. Going down is now problem. We also had to do a little extra tightening, but they’re sturdy enough.

Fairly easy install. Supports me walking into the lake with no issue, in 230 lbs for note. Finn our dog likes them too.

These work great to access our swimming area from our dock. Our shoreline is rocky and these steps allow us to bypass the stones for a gentle access to the water. Way better than the heavy wooden steps we used in the past. Super easy to install.

Though these steps aren't as heavy duty as the ones you can purchase with name brand docks, the price is far superior and the quality is very adequate to accomplish the task. I did use aluminum flashing to wedge in the areas where the hand rails and leg adjustments are. They are a loose fit and the aluminum wedging made the unit completely firm and stable. Very satisfied.
