The ladder did the job. Tread flaked off after a few months in the water. We re-treaded and seems to be holding up fine after a few months. Some sharp edges could have been a problem for kids but we sanded them down best we could. Overall it dies the job and for the price couldn't beat it.

Sturdy built, very easy to put it together

The ladder is for our spring-fed swimming pond. It works fine, and we like it. It was advertised to come with rubber pads for the treads, and they were not in the box. Also missing wisdom hardware for putting it together, which we supplemented from our barn. Overall, a good purchase for the price.

Bought 2 of them for dock projects we had. The ladder was fairly easy to assemble and sturdy when mounted. The slight angle makes it easier to climb than the straight (vertical) type of ladder. The clips sent with the unit make it easy to tilt up and dismount from the dock. Great low price! I'd buy again.

I await the results of Customer Service. I am missing the “footmen”- the connection of the stair to the deck. So far Customer Service is not what i hoped for- several weeks of “wait a couple of days for our response”. Customer Service is what leads to sales. I hope they respond positively as i cant use the stair without the footmen.

Easy to get up and down from the water onto the dock. We love how you can easily slip it out from underneath the Pad Eye strap that holds it in to remove it from the water. If the company would sell more of those we could move it to other places on the dock. Still trying to find some and they have to be just the right size.

works well.As I am getting older it was getting harder to climb in and out of a stationary semi trailer. Installed this ladder, now I can climb up and down with ease.

Like for boat

This works great for the pool. Installed on the deck to climb in and out, very sturdy, heavy duty, better then the cheap aluminum and plastic ladders.

The ladder is sturdy and well built. But, here it comes, don’t use it for salt water. The whole thing is bubbling. Aluminum and salt don’t mix. I have a salt water pool filtration
