is perfect for the difficult jobs. This machine will save you time and effort - Save yourself the time and watch a tutorial on how to use it on youtube. Most people don't know how to use properly these machines and they can harm you if used improperly.

We have a 100 yr old house and have had problems with our basement laundry room floor drain in our laundry room over the many years we've had the house. The laundry room floor drain connects directly to the main sewer line. Over the years, we've had to run a snake through the line on average of 2X per year when it starts to run slow. This last time it backed up, we used a 25ft power auger on it and it barely cleaned the line. Decided to purchase this one with the 75ft cable after watching some YouTube reviews. Easy assembly but very heavy unit. Ran all 75ft through the line a couple of time and it cleared the line lickety split. Drain now runs and works like new. Cost was well worth it and is saved me from having to hire a plumber. Paid for itself. I'm sure that I'll have to use it again somewhere down the road. So from here on out, it's just a simple matter of running it through the line. Of note, I did check out a similar unit at harbor Freight that was over $100.00 more than this one. This unit looks to be a little bit heavier built than the one at Harbor Freight and $100.00 less. If you have an old house like we do and periodically need to clear a line, I highly reccommend you purchase this.

Ok.This machine is not for everyone. Other machines like it cost twice as much. The instructions are lacking, as well as accurate explanation of the operation of the machine, so if you buy it as I did you are going to get that information elsewhere. Is the machine precision made?No.Does it wobble, yes.Does that affect the function of what the machine needs to do?No. Do your home work, Familiarize yourself with safe operation,learn how the controls work in an open space, feed the cable in and out.Mark the machine cable in and out control handle yourself ( no markings in casting).Never switch the motor into reverse from forward.Reverse motor is only meant to be used with the foot switch for when you bind up the cable( and eventually it will happen).Cable in and out is always done with the motor in forward by using the lever to switch between forward and reverse ( a gear in the lever assembly changes the cable feed direction from forward to reverse with the handle with the motor always in forward motion.) One really important thing you will find nowhere but here is this-The drum with the cable revolves at about 400 rpm ( the motor 1800 ) so that means the cable travels out 7 feet per minute you hold down that foot switch.If you have a blockage at 21 feet it will take 3 minutes for it to reach it before actually feeling any resistance, once you do, you may have to shift into neutral for the cable to cut and relax, engage it in forward a bit more, and so on. I will post more as I use it. But for now, for what’s in the maket for the price, this was the best value- stay tuned. (You can always put the machine in neutral and manually pull the cable into your pipe,but you won’t have a clue how far you are into your pipe. With the 3 minute feed in I knew I was about 21 feet into my pipe.)

Easy to use and very reliable

I ordered the 100 ft Snake with the automatic Drive. It was priced extremely well, considering that this type of machine normally cost three times the amount. I ordered the machine. It came very, very fast. Are they short of four days later. Unfortunately, I didn't take it out of the box For about 20 days until I had a service call that you needed to use it. I pulled it out of the box and your snake inside the drum. It's so tangled it would not come out. We tried everything. It was so stuck that the snake is unusable. So I contacted the company and i'm waiting to see what they were going to do about it. No, I'm sure this is one out of a million cases. I have bought many products from this company. Every product I have bought has been very well made. And it always was what it said it was. I had bought the pipe camera and it's one of the best pipe cameras I've ever used all kidding aside. Besides the fact that I can't get the snake out of the drum, the snake is very well made. I will say that it's not a cheap snake. It is a very well made product. And I believe that every once in a while. When you have and please, who are putting things together sometimes. I'm one employee, you can mess up a whole batch. That's what I believe happened. I believe the snake was installed improperly, creating it too completely. Tangel itself up inside the drum . So to say the least. My product is unusable but even with that then said I know that they're going to take care of it in some way and you can just tell by the way, that this product is made that this is a one in a million chance if this could happen so I still would recommend this product. My friends and family as I bought 4 different items from this company. Every item has been spot on and it works exactly how they claim it to work so So even with receiving a product that I cannot use. And that is broken at this time. I still give this couple 5 stars. Due to the fact that product is very well made. And anybody that's used? This equipment on a daily basis knows what a A good reliable snake looks like this is one of them. I will recommend this to you. 100% again, unfortunately, mine Jean. With the snake Tangled and unusable once the snake becomes bent and kinked the snake become junk . That's the case with any snake that you buy. But this one is very affordable for the price. It comes in a very good quality. Very well made. And I would buy another one if I had to hoping they're going to ship me a warranty 1 as it is under warranty and again. I believe this to be a one in a million. Situation and don't let my situation scare you. Although my snake came. Damaged unusable. I still gave this company a 5 star rating. Because they are who they claim they are. Their products are what they are. They're very well made. As the other 4 products I have purchased have been extremely well made and very well priced. Again? I feel my situation was one out of a million

This is exactly what I needed for our house drains. Make the investment ,very user-friendly provided you take your time. it's well worth it. No more issues.

Very good price and easy to use , I do recommend for someone for personal use , or even business, it has worked fine for me so far and at a very reasonable price

1st call to the plumber was $580 and took 4hrs. A week later the toilet was backing up into the shower again. 2nd call to plumber was $269 and only 1.5hrs. Bought this and haven't had a plumbing issue since. .

Good value for the money. Much easier to use than the manual snake I used to use. There was a learning curve in figuring out not to let too much length of the snake out at one time (cue jokes). With about 15 ft of snake out between the machine and the pipe, it was impossible to recoil the section without it getting wrapped around itself and pinch a finger or two. I had to lay the entire snake out in the driveway so there was no impedance and was able to wind it up. This was my first time operating an electric drain auger so lesson learned. The machine worked well otherwise and did the job.
