Works well. Bought it to replace one that was over 30 years old. Doesn't feel as heavy duty but it does the job.

Received it Friday, used it Saturday. Cable is more flexible than a similar model that I used. That did allow me to go down a drain that I couldn't with the other auger. Worked good for the money. So far, so good.

I like the price, the length of hose and the job it did. We bought this after we paid a plunger to unclog our drain that clogged up. We paid 345.00 for a company to come out and run a 60+ ft snake out to our septic system and unplug it. Well, now we have this system and will no longer have to pay someone to come out. We test ran the snake through the drain and it clearly made it with no problems. We hope not to get another clog anytime soon but if we do, we are prepared. The shipping was reasonable and the box showed up with no breaks or tears in the box.RO

This is an amazing. machine! Works as it is advertised. Easy to use and does the job! Would recommend this drain cleaner to anyone and can be used in commercial settings as well.

Simple design and there's not much in terms of instructions either. Get familiar with the forward and reverse switches. Always use the forward position for normal operation of feeding the snake into the drain and also pulling it back for rewinding.Mine didn't come with the advertised leather gloves but there were two drain clog cleaners instead ... I can use them.The boring bulb cutter and the c-cutter are a bit too thick and I was not able to insert them in the slot. I will have to do some grinding to thin them a little to fit. I however was able to get my cleaning done with the spade cutter and the arrow cutters.I have now placed cleaner it in my crawl space, next to the drain opening and will be using it again in about a year's time for the annual preventive cleaning. Hopefully, it would work just as fine then.Overall, very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend.
