Motor was not tight upon arrival. And no way to tighten. Still worked fine. I got the 1/2 inch 100 foot. It says not for roots, but it did fine. Would recommend getting better/thicker leather gloves

This is a great auger, a little hard to use, but it might be because the thick cable. It does come with gloves to hold the cable with. If you are in need of a auger, this is a great one to buy.
