The cardboard packaging is simply wrapped around this machine. You pretty much simply feed the wheels onto the machine and bolt the handle into place. The cardboard packaging does not have any protective structure. It's almost like they just put the machine in a box and ship it. The front stabilizer foot was broken; and the bits had slide off the machine. The company will ask for pictures of any damage, but then will ship repair parts. I had trouble figuring out how to feed the cable snake through the automatic feeder on the front of the machine. It wont fit until you unscrew the entire tension at the top of the feeder and make room for the cable to go through the three guiding bearings. There are no videos showing how to feed a cable snake through the front automatic feeder. I guess it was supposed to be self intuitive. The company Ceny is in China. After the family emailed me a cute video of the guy demonstrating the machine in Chinese.... it touched my heart. I believe that some families struggle there to make a living... so the purchase also made me feel like I was helping the small business owners family.

Does an amazing job!We had back up problems that even roto-rooter didn’t fix but we got this and it did the job beautifully!!!Worth the little extra for the auto reverse option!!!***I am updating this review after finishing the first use of the snake***I originally gave this five stars but now have to change it.My husband has had numerous problems throughout the process today of the snake becoming entangled/kinked as he is reversing the snake back into the cage. It has caused much delay in the process and the unit came with absolutely o instructions at all.

It seems to work as needed, but a manual did not arrive with this product?

Great investment. Works as described and gets the job done.

Arrived fast and was a nice machine. Unfortunately my home has small pipes with many elbows and angles and the wire was too rigid to go through them. Comes with nice adapters that would come in very handy. Company was easy to work with on returning.
