Definitely not premium quality. Seems to work okay but included cutters are useless; all bent on first use. Not acceptable!

Used twice. Completely died the second use. Didn't make it a year. I reached out to customer service and never heard back.

It's difficult to get it to power up, but once started it works fine. I don't know what the problem is, but the red power light is very slow at showing power is on. When I first tested the unit the power light would not glow. A few days ago, when I actually went to use the unit, I spent about 45 minutes trying to it to power on. But once I finally got it to power on it did an adequate job. It did open my main sewer drain.

I bought the Vevor cleaner Machine 100ft auto feed. It arrived damaged with a broken housing. I made a claim and after 8 days received a message "ticked will be marked as resolved." My question is resolved how??

For price can't complain. Shipping was fast . Came with all attachments u would need for Abt any thing. If using on main or 4 in with tree roots it will work take it slow . If really compacted with roots go with 3/4 in cable . Trust me . But I used it for roots in mine worked ok .

Other than not being delivered when it was said to be delivered. Everything is good. Haven't used it yet but will in the next couple of days and will review again.

This isn’t worth your time. I bought one, and it arrived defective. There was a wiring fault and the machine would trip the gfci whenever the tool touched metal, so vevor sent me another one. This one worked, but is too flimsy. About 30 feet into my 4” drain, the snake wouldn’t go any further. The auto feed controls are finicky, and it doesn’t coil in the machine properly, which makes it hard to feed and retract. I ended up buying a ridgid, and I wish I would have bought that originally. Avoid this machine.

The machine is good, just changed the pulley and put a commercial cable on it, because the one that comes with the machine is no strong enough.

The unit is well built and strong. I cleaned out several long 4" sewers, both sanitary and storm. On my last run I had a problem with recoiling the cable and it tangled in the drum. I contacted customer service and they resolved the problem to my satisfaction.

Extremely disappointing that the first time I used this, the cable became twisted to the point that it is no longer usable and will not go back into the drum. The cutter I had on the end of the cable must have come loose in the process and now sits in my pipes somewhere presumably. I have used other drain snakes before and this one worked the same until it simply stopped rotating in the drum and would not go in or out any more. I am hopeful that customer service will provide a reasonable solution.
