The stool arrived with a broken piece attached and although the company tried to keep in communication about sending a replacement part, it never arrived. Now we're stuck with a broken stool and repeated email communication from Vevor (obviously using AI for automatic responses the wording is extremely unusual). We have been told over and over that they are requesting shipment from the warehouse, but it's been weeks and we still have no replacement part. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
