Shipping was fast, price was great, everything was included to get going. We set 23 eggs and 20 of them hatched out. I don't think I would recommend setting so many at once because it was very crowded and wet inside the dome while we waited about 12 hours for most to finish hatching, but we did not think almost all of them would hatch out. Overall I could not be more pleased.

I don't recommend the 12 egg, but the 24 egg works great! I'm new at this and had a hard time keeping the humidity right in the 12 egg. The 24 egg does everything itself and my eggs hatched perfectly. I even messed up and didn't take the turner out. I went into the settings and changed the rolling time to zero, problem solved. I own a lot of Vevor products and they're all great.

I dry hatch only so I can't tell you about wet hatch success..I place 40 eggs and had 29 hatch but had for my first time only thing I don't like is that there is no Fahrenheit option but just Google the change

I was alarmed by some negative comments, but that was soon placated. Instructions are clear; there's even a video on how it functions. We're very pleased with this product.

This incubator is easy to set up, it has automatic turner, temperature and humidity control. The container is clear so you can observe the process. I have yet to hatch any egg with it because I need to find fertilized eggs but the kit seems easy to use. I look forward to trying it out.

This 12 egg incubator is all that is needed for most backyard flocks or classrooms. If you have never hatched chickens before, you want to stop rotating them three days before they are due to hatch. The incubator holds temperature, and I simply remove the rollers when it's getting close for them to pip, so they have room to move safely once hatched. I wanted this unit specifically for it's ability to run off battery if needed. I once had a three day power outage in the middle of a hatch and had to discard them all. With this one, I can use the wall outlet, or run it off battery and not have to worry about power interruptions, or depend on a broody hen.

There is adequate air circulation with an even distribution of humidity and temperature which is very important in all aspects of incubation. This incubator is supplied with power cables that operate with DC power, and also a second set that operatives with AC power, which is a nice touch. I am also impressed by the candler that is present to allow me to make sure my chick is growing inside the egg. There is a concern in my contemplation and examination of this incubator on what will happen to the chick when it hatches and the rollers’ effects on the chick. I intend to turn off the automatic egg turners two- three days before hatching through calculations based on when I place the fertilized egg in the incubator. With the current world status and economy I am going to store this incubator as part of my prepping. This would be a valuable tool in my emergency food supplies if I had to live off the grid. The price of this incubator cannot be beat. It is a great value for all you get.

This makes a wonderful gift for my kids, who are curious about how eggs get hatched in an incubator. The transparent design makes it easy to observe the progress. The egg candle is particularly fun for the kids. The device allows an amateur to control the hatching environment with precision. It's compact and lightweight, but not as sturdy as we would like.
