Works great. No instructions which was not helpful but able to locate utube for assembly. I've used it several times and it separates cream and milk which I made butter from cream.
The cream separator works great (I am using it for raw goats milk). It is easy to assemble and disassemble once you figure it out. The downside is the included instructions are not very descriptive so it took a little time to figure out assembly.
